Bit 7: DISP KEY
Setting this bit displays the abbreviation of a switch on
the operator panel when it is pressed.
Bit 2: EOT ALERT
Setting this bit alerts the MTC to the EOT area only once.
This mode is used to improve WRITE performance in the EOT
area. MTC micro code must support this mode.
Bit 1: E-CART ERR MASK
Setting this bit masks the long-medium reject function.
Bit 0: WRITE RAS MASK
Setting this bit masks WRITE RAS ERROR during execution of
WRITE operation in the diagnostic mode.
79:S.FT2

Bit 0: FAN FAIL REPORT
Setting this bit reports a fan failure to the high-order
device if it is detected when the cartridge is loaded.
Power to the device is not turned off until the high-order
device issues the UNLOAD command. If the UNLOAD command is
not issued within about five minutes after the fan failure
occurs, the drive unloads the loaded tape and the device is
turned off.

Setting this bit causes the cleaning cell to be unavailable.
(FACL only)
Bit 1: AUTO CLN MASK
Setting this bit masks the auto cleaning function.
(FACL only)
Bit 0: APR
Setting this bit causes auto power-off recovery (APR)
mode to be entered. (FACL only)
