Fujitsu supports resellers as market growth continues.

Following increased demand for its scanning, storage and printer products in the last 12 months, Fujitsu Europe Limited has announced additional initiatives to support the channel.

The company has introduced a comprehensive new marketing support programme which is available to all resellers, no matter how long they have been with the company. This includes :

  • Lead generation - Fujitsu undertakes extensive promotional campaigns designed to generate leads. In addition, it has a business development team dedicated to identifying sales opportunities within large organisations.
  • Lead management - all leads identified or received by Fujitsu are sent directly to our resellers, with copies to the relevant distributor.
  • Sales support - full technical and sales support is available to any reseller who requests it.
  • Marketing Resource Guide - covering all areas of the company's marketing communications activity; advertising, direct mail, public relations and exhibitions. It includes copies of advertisements and advertising schedules, samples of direct mail pieces and the direct mail timetable, a guide to carrying out public relations activity, and copies of all press material published throughout the year. Regular updates are provided by Fujitsu's marketing department so resellers are kept fully informed about product news, price changes and promotions.

Commenting on the initiative, marketing executive Jane Brazier said "We will do everything we can to support our reseller base because it is through them that products get sold. We know, through years of experience, what we can achieve with our marketing programmes and therefore we focus on activities which deliver the results we want to achieve - lead generation, brand recognition, and market education."
